At Zenvic Software Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality training, project support, and IT services. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here's our policy for cancellations and refunds:
✅ Cancellations:
- You may request cancellation of your registration or service within 24 hours of payment, provided the service/training hasn’t started.
- Once the training or project work has commenced, no cancellations will be entertained.
💸 Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued only if the cancellation request is received within the eligible period.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Completed training sessions
- Delivered services/projects
- Digital products or downloads
