✅ Cancellations:

  • You may request cancellation of your registration or service within 24 hours of payment, provided the service/training hasn’t started.
  • Once the training or project work has commenced, no cancellations will be entertained.

💸 Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued only if the cancellation request is received within the eligible period.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    • Completed training sessions
    • Delivered services/projects
    • Digital products or downloads
